LumiDazzle Luciferase Reporter Gene Assay

This product is a reporter gene assay based on plasmid DNA for quantifying luciferase expression in mammalian, yeast or E. coli cells. The assay uses D-luciferin and ATP as substrates to convert ATP into photons, which are then measured to determine luciferase activity. This assay method is extremely sensitive and is well-suited for quantifying luciferase expression in recombinant cells.
