Tadalafil is a medicine for treating erectile dysfunction in men. It needs sexual stimulation to make it work. Tadalafil has less side effects than sildenafil and the onset of action is faster. The recommended dose of tadalafil is 10mg, taken before sexual activity, and is not affected by food. The maximum frequency of dosing is once daily.
