FM1905 6×4 Dot Matrix LCD Driver IC

FM1905 is a 24-point, memory-mapped, and multi-functional LCD driver. FM1905's software configuration feature makes it suitable for a variety of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. The pins used to connect the main controller and FM1905 have only 3 pins, and FM1905 also has a power-saving command to reduce system power consumption.
