This document is an operator's manual. It introduces the use of Genie Lift Tools™ Access Deck for Slab Scissors.
This manual provides safety and operational instructions for the Genie Lift Tools™ Access Deck for Slab Scissors. It specifies compatible Genie scissor models and weight limits. Operators must be trained and authorized, and the Access Deck must be securely installed on designated mid-rails. Safety decals and inspections are required before use.
The Access Deck adds an elevated working surface for personnel beyond the platform’s height. It must not be mounted on top rails or used with ice, grease, or debris. Maximum capacities vary by model, and the Access Deck’s weight reduces platform capacity. Annual and pre-operation inspections are mandatory to ensure safety.
