Continental Education Strategy for Africa (CESA 16-25) Indicators Manual

This manual provides a harmonized framework against which to benchmark progress of member states tracking the performance of various departments of Education in achieving the objectives of the Continental Education Strategy for Africa. It will also facilitate the strengthening of the continental AU Education Observatory, as the one stop platform for education data of African countries; and make the Observatory a more effectual agent for capacity building and policy analysis of Member States and RECs.
