cambridge m-series series is cambridge air solutions' direct gas fired make-up air heaters. it uses cambridge's proprietary, high efficiency stainless steel burners, which have the highest linear foot burner input rating (1000 mbh/ft). variable air volume system is available with optional vfd (variable frequency drive) controls, which is the most effective and energy efficient way to compensate for varying amounts of exhausted air. cambridge vfd designs provide competitive first cost while their greater efficiency provides lower operating costs. cambridge m-series heaters can be labeled as complying with the latest requirements of 90.1 edition ASHRAE standard, which is a requirement for leed certified green buildings and an increasing number of local, state, federal (doe) building codes.
