About this manual

The Mandus Group KJ1000 is a Nitrogen Intensifier developed to assist in filling nitrogen vessels. It utilizes a hydraulic pump and electric motor to intensify all but 150 PSI of nitrogen from the supply bottle, forcing it into an accepting vessel. The unit automatically shuts down when 150 PSI or less remains in the supply bottle or when the factory-set upper level pressure of 1950 PSI is reached.
