150KHz 40V 2A Switch Current Buck-Type DC-DC Converter XL1509

This document introduces the features and applications of the XL1509 switch current buck-type DC-DC converter. The converter has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V, with fixed output versions of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and adjustable ADJ, and the maximum output voltage can be adjusted to 37V. It has high efficiency, excellent linearity and load regulation, and built-in enable, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and current limit functions. It is suitable for applications such as LCD TVs, digital photo frames, set-top boxes, routers, and communication equipment power supply.
