The AOZ29303QI is a highly integrated step‑down DC‑DC power module that combines a buck converter, inductor and passive components in a QFN 9 mm × 6 mm × 3.7 mm package. It operates from a wide input range of 4.5 V to 30 V and delivers up to 3 A continuous output current with up to 93 % peak efficiency.
The module is configurable via external resistors and capacitors for output voltage, soft‑start, switching frequency (200 kHz‑1 MHz) and loop compensation.
