Make sure the water‑supply tap is open, the inlet hose is not kinked or blocked, and the inlet filter is clean.
The filter should be cleaned at least once a year, or whenever the display shows error code “5E”.
Press and hold the “Spin” and “Function” buttons for three seconds to toggle the child lock; the lock indicator will light when active.
