This document describes a high-speed CMOS octal D-type flip-flop with 3-state output inverting function. The product is fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology and features high speed, low power dissipation, and high noise immunity.
The M74HC534 is a high-speed CMOS octal D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs and inverting capability, fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology. The device is controlled by a clock input (CK) and an output enable input (OE). On the positive transition of the clock, the Q outputs are set to the logic state present at the D inputs. When the OE input is low, the outputs are in a normal logic state; when OE is high, the outputs enter a high-impedance state. All inputs include protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
