The devices support In-Circuit Programming (ICP) and In-Application Programming (IAP).
Clock sources include an internal trimmable 8 MHz RC oscillator, auto wakeup internal low power oscillator, crystal/ceramic resonator, or external clock.
The microcontroller supports five power saving modes: Halt, Active-Halt, Auto Wakeup from Halt, Wait, and Slow.
