The AN80LXXRMS series is a 0.15A output low-dropout output type positive voltage regulator IC with resetting function. There are 20 output voltages available, including 1.8V, 1.9V, 2.0V, 2.1V, 2.2V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 2.9V, 3.0V, 3.1V, 3.2V, 3.3V, 3.4V, 3.5V, 3.6V, 4.8V, 4.9V, 5.0V, 5.1V and 5.2V. In addition, it is adopting the surface mounting type package (Mini 5-pin plastic package), so that it is most suited for miniaturization and weight reduction of set equipment.
