STMicroelectronics STPS20L25CT/CG Low Drop Power Schottky Rectifier Datasheet

STPS20L25CT/CG is a 4A low drop power Schottky rectifier from STMicroelectronics. It features very low forward voltage drop (only 0.35V) and optimized conduction/reverse losses tradeoff, which means the highest efficiency in the applications. Besides, this diode also has avalanche capability, which makes it suitable for use as a rectifier at the secondary of 3.3V SMPS units.
