About this manual

The TS93x (single, dual, and quad) series are operational amplifiers designed for low-voltage operation starting at 2.7 V. They offer a typical consumption of only 20 µA per amplifier, making them ideal for battery-powered systems such as portable communication devices, alarms, smoke detectors, and digital scales.

These devices feature rail-to-rail output voltage swing, CMOS inputs, and ultra-low input bias current (1 pA). The amplifiers are available in automotive grade and come in a space-saving 5-pin SOT23-5 micropackage with dimensions of 2.8 mm x 2.9 mm.
