The TL062, TL062A and TL062B are high-speed JFET input single operational amplifiers. Each of these JFET input operational amplifiers incorporates well matched, high-voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. The devices feature high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and a low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
The TL062, TL062A, and TL062B are high-speed JFET input single operational amplifiers designed for very low power consumption at 200 µA. These devices feature a wide common-mode voltage range extending to VCC+, low input bias and offset currents, and internal frequency compensation. They are available in N DIP8 and SO-8 plastic packages.
