The kit is guaranteed to be free from any material and workmanship defects at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover component parts damaged by use or modification. Great Planes is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the final user-assembled product. The user accepts all liability by using the user-assembled product. Buyers who are not willing to accept the liability associated with the use of this product are advised to immediately return the kit in new and unused condition to the place of purchase.
