The warranty covers defects in both material and workmanship, but does not cover component parts damaged by use or modification. Great Planes is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the user-assembled product. If the buyer is not prepared to accept the liability associated with the use of this product, it is advised to return the kit immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase.
