This document introduces troubleshooting methods for CDS vacuum cleaners
This document serves as a troubleshooting manual for the CDS SALSA X2 cleaning system. It provides diagnostic steps and solutions for common operational issues across five main systems: Vacuum, High Pressure, Heating, Chemical, and Electrical.
Weak vacuum at the wand is typically caused by clogged hoses or wand tubes, or excessive hose length connected to the machine.
This issue is usually caused by an air leak in the vacuum system, a defective gauge, or a vacuum blower turning too slowly.
Check the high-temperature shutdown switch, coolant level, engine fan clutch, thermostat, radiator, and water pump.
Inspect the solenoid valve for debris or a bad seal, and check the inlet switches for continuity.
