About this manual

The new TCH pump series and its derivatives (TCT, TCA, TCD) are the result of applying ISO 5199 Class II standards to pumps manufactured according to ISO 2858/DIN 24256. These pumps are designed for heavy-duty uses, particularly in the petrochemical industry, following API standards and incorporating continuous research from the previous MCU-CH series.

The construction features a spiral casing with axial suction and an overhung impeller supported by three bearing frame sizes of the 'Back pull-out' type. The manufacturing process ensures high hydraulic efficiency, low NPSH requirements, and robustness. Materials range from cast iron to Hastelloy, and shaft sealing options include packed stuffing boxes or single/double mechanical seals per API requirements. This manual is written in Italian.
