This document is an instruction manual for ADM2914-EP, which is a quad voltage monitor with adjustable threshold, open-drain reset output and low power consumption
The ADM2914-EP is a quad UV/OV positive/negative voltage supervisor designed to monitor multiple supply rails. It features dedicated VHx and VLx input pins for each of the four channels, allowing independent monitoring of both overvoltage (OV) and undervoltage (UV) conditions.
The device includes a 1 V buffered reference output useful for offsetting negative voltage monitoring. It supports an extended operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and incorporates an internal shunt regulator, enabling use in higher voltage systems when paired with a dropper resistor.
| Supply Voltage (VCC) | 2.3 V to 6 V (direct) or up to 10 mA shunt load |
|---|---|
| Supply Current | 62 μA typical at 3.3 V supply |
| Reference Output Voltage | 1 V buffered reference output |
| Operating Temperature Range | -55°C to +125°C |
| Package Type | 16-lead QSOP package |
It provides a 1 V buffered reference output used as an offset when monitoring negative voltages.
The device operates over an extended temperature range of −55°C to +125°C.
The supply current is 62 μA at VCC = 2.3 V.
The UV and OV pins can withstand voltages from −0.3 V to +16 V.
