ANALOG DEVICES AD5547-EP: Dual-Current Output Parallel Input 16-Bit Multiplying DAC with 4-Quadrant Resistors Data Sheet

AD5547-EP is a 16-bit dual-channel digital-to-analog converter introduced by AD. This product uses a 2- or 4-quadrant, 6.8 MHz bandwidth multiplier, with ±1LSB DNL, ±2LSB INL and other characteristics. The operating voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, the static current is 10μA, the output response time is 0.5μs, the built-in RFB can realize current-to-voltage conversion, and the built-in 4-quadrant resistor can output 0V to -10V, 0V to +10V or ±10V. The full scale current is 2mA, and zero scale/midscale power-on presets are optional. It uses a 38-pin TSSOP package.
