FOD060L, FOD260L are high speed-10 MBit/s logic gate optocouplers produced by Fairchild Semiconductor. It has features such as very high speed-10 MBit/s, superior CMR-50 kV/µs at 1,000V peak, 8-pin DIP package, logic gate output, programmable output, open collector output. It is widely used in switching power supplies, pulse transformer replacement, computer peripheral interface and other applications.
