This document describes the specifications and features of the Si-110 EN ball segment valve. The valve can be used for control and shut-off applications with various media, within a wide temperature range. The valve body and shaft device are designed as one piece, allowing for backlash-free torque transmission. The spring-loaded seat is available in three different materials (PTFE, PTFE 53, and HiCo). The eccentrically mounted ball segment reduces wear on the seat and segment. The valve can be equipped with low noise trim. A V-groove design is available for use with high fiber concentrations.
