These devices are ATEX approved for use in demanding environments where explosive atmospheres may be present, such as the North Sea industry. They must be installed within certified enclosures (ATEX II 2 G or D or GD) and strictly follow standards EN 60079-14, EN 60079-17, and EN 50281-1-2. The product line supports a wide temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (with lamps rated up to +65°C) and offers high operational reliability.
