AEP TP14 Pressure Transmitter Datasheet

The TP14 series of sensors are high-precision, high-stability and high-reliability sensors. The main applications are in industrial and automation fields, but are mainly used as transfer or first-line samples in metrology laboratories and research and development laboratories. At the end of production, during the final testing stage, two different precision grades are identified: the standard version 0.10% and the LAB version 0.05%. The sensitive part in contact with the pressure is completely made of corrosion-resistant 17-4 PH stainless steel. High vacuum heat treatment ensures the perfect operation of the sensor even under highly dynamic loads. The monolithic execution of the measuring element, free from any assembly by means of sealing rings or gaskets, ensures high stability with negligible hysteresis and zero drift over time. Internal pressures are detected via a complete strain gauge bridge to ensure performance is maintained even in the presence of peaks. All sensors are completely laser welded and completely encapsulated with resin to ensure insensitivity to vibration and a high degree of airtightness.
