The 452.4x safety switch device is designed specifically for monitoring GELBAU Contact-Duo safety switch panels, which use an 8.2 kiloohm resistor as an electrical terminal. The 452.4x series is a dual channel design that includes redundancy monitoring. The emergency stop outputs (13-14, 23-24) consist of 2 forced-action relays and include a reset function. A notification or auxiliary contact is available through an additional changeover contact (31, 32, 34). The safety system meets the EN ISO 13849-1:2005 standard as well as the European switch panel standard EN1760-2 with regard to the output switching device.
