About this manual

The Ricoh R1200x series consists of CMOS-based control type step-up DC/DC converter ICs designed for low supply current applications. Each IC integrates a Nch MOSFET, NPN transistor, oscillator, PWM comparator, and various protection circuits including current limit, over-voltage protection (OVP), and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The series offers two versions: R1200xxxxA with an auto-discharge function at standby and R1200xxxxB without it. Available in DFN1616-6, DFN(PLP)1820-6, SOT-23-6, and WLCSP-6-P1 packages.
