VariPep™ is a series of products developed by Varian, Inc. for peptide synthesis, analysis, and purification. It features high quality, high recovery, and contamination-free characteristics, enabling stable peptide synthesis. VariPep™ provides solid phase synthesis columns, HPLC columns, and solid phase extraction columns for solid phase synthesis and analysis, facilitating efficient peptide synthesis, analysis, and purification in the laboratory.
Varian, Inc. developed the VariPep peptide solution to efficiently perform peptide synthesis, fractionation, and purification on scales from micrograms to grams. The solution supports both Fmoc and Boc synthesis methods and ensures high-quality, reproducible results without contamination.
The system consists of three main components: StratoSpheres for high-throughput solid-phase synthesis, VariTide RPC for HPLC analysis and fractionation, and VariPure IPE for removing acidic ion-pairing agents like TFA from fractions. This manual is written in Japanese.
