This document is about the three-year limited warranty for the ATLANTIS product. The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship of the product, excluding the NiMH battery pack. The warranty period is 36 months (12 months for the NiMH battery pack), but it is invalid if the product is damaged, not maintained properly, modified, improperly installed, serviced or repaired by unauthorized personnel, used with non-Uniden equipment or parts, or installed or programmed by someone other than the specified personnel.

The product has a three-year limited warranty to the original retail owner, excluding the NiMH battery pack which is covered for 12 months.
