About this manual

The Imaging Golden Gate Diamond ATR accessory allows FTIR spectrochemical ATR imaging over large fields of view without being limited to the microscopic level. It combines with the Large Sampling (LS) accessory to collect images easily as ordinary spectra, probing chemical heterogeneity previously impossible to analyze.

This accessory offers distortion and aberration-free chemical images while maintaining robustness and ease-of-use. Key benefits include maximizing productivity by requiring little or no sample preparation, preserving precious samples without destruction, analyzing challenging materials like powders and rocks with ease, and performing hot, cold, and in-situ experiments using various top plate options.
