The Y‑S168 IN LINE PCB Separator is an automated cutting system that transports printed circuit boards via a belt conveyor, positions them with a vacuum‑gripped robotic arm, and cuts them with a high‑speed spindle. The machine uses AC servo motors, precision ball‑screw drives, and a CCD vision system to achieve high accuracy while minimizing dust and protecting operator safety.
