The TPR 400, produced by GHz Technology Inc., is a high-power transistor designed for pulsed systems in the frequency range of 1030-1090 MHz. It features gold thin-film metallization for proven high Mean Time to Failure (MTTF). The transistor includes an input prematch for broadband capability and has a low thermal resistance package to reduce junction temperature and extend its lifespan.
