EM MICROELECTRONIC EM6325

The EM6325 is an ultra-low current reset circuit from EM Microelectronic-Marin SA. It features a manual reset function and can be configured with a reset timeout period of 200ms, 1.6ms, 25ms, or 1600ms. The circuit can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C and supports power supply voltages between 1.5V and 5.5V. The EM6325 has an operating current of 2.9μA, making it ideal for portable and battery-operated devices.
