Do not connect or disconnect any cables, or perform installation, maintenance, or re‑configuration during a thunderstorm, and always use properly grounded outlets.
Replace the battery only with an IBM part number 33F8354 or an equivalent type recommended by the manufacturer, avoiding water, temperatures above 100 °C, and any disassembly.
Start the IBM Enhanced Diagnostics from within the Product Recovery program.
