This document describes the features and characteristics of the Harris JAN0512 Bipolar Prom Legacy Device.
The HL0512 is a field‑programmable 64‑word by 8‑bit bipolar PROM. It features DTL/TTL compatible outputs, fully decoded addressing, and a typical access time of 55 ns. The device is programmed by permanently altering memory elements to create logical "ones".
Electrical specifications include a supply voltage range of –0.5 V to 7.0 V, output sink current of up to 30 mA, and a maximum power dissipation of 575 mW. Recommended operating conditions are 4.75 V to 5.25 V supply, with a temperature range from –55 °C to +125 °C. Detailed characteristic curves and timing diagrams are provided.
