This document describes the operating conditions and maximum limits of the 128Mb SDRAM product provided by the supplier S16008LK9, including operating current, standby current, and auto refresh current.
The SpecTek 128 Mb SDRAM family provides fully synchronous, pipelined operation for PC‑100 and PC‑133 systems. It supports programmable burst lengths of 1, 2 or 4, auto‑precharge, auto‑refresh and self‑refresh modes, and LVTTL‑compatible I/O. The devices are offered in x4, x8 and x16 data‑width configurations for single‑ and dual‑rank DIMM applications.
The datasheet lists electrical characteristics, timing parameters, package dimensions and part numbers for three package types: 54‑pin plastic TSOP, 60‑ball FBGA (8 mm × 16 mm) and 60‑ball FBGA (11 mm × 13 mm). It also includes operating temperature limits, power‑down behavior and warranty disclaimer.
| Supply Voltage | 3.0 V – 3.6 V |
|---|---|
| Operating Temperature (Ambient) | 25 °C – 70 °C |
| Storage Temperature | -33 °C – -150 °C |
| Refresh Period (4096 cycles) | 64 ms |
| Access Time (CLK positive edge, CL=3) | 5.4 ns |
| Clock Cycle Time (CL=3) | 10 ns |
The device operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply.
Available packages are a 54‑pin plastic TSOP (400 mil), a 60‑ball FBGA 8 mm × 16 mm, and a 60‑ball FBGA 11 mm × 13 mm.
The SDRAM can operate up to +70 °C ambient temperature.
Burst lengths of 1, 2, or 4 locations can be programmed using interleaved burst addressing.
