The Cuisinart ICE-45 Mix It In™ Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker lets you create soft‑serve ice cream, yogurt, sorbet and sherbet at home. It features an easy‑lock lid, mixing arm, three condiment containers and a safety‑shutoff motor.

The bowl must be frozen for at least 12 hours; you can shake it and if you hear no liquid moving the bowl is fully frozen.
Unplug the unit, wipe the base with a damp cloth, and wash the freezer bowl, lid, mixing arm, condiment containers, chute and drip tray by hand in warm soapy water; the base must never be immersed.
The maker includes an automatic safety feature that shuts off the motor when it detects overheating.
The ICE‑45 is equipped with three condiment (mix‑in) containers.
