This document describes the features and characteristics of LA S33F, LY S33F UltraFlux LED Enhanced Thin Film LED Lead (Pb) Free Product, including its four lead package, focused radiation, wavelength, viewing angle, thin film InGaAlP technology, etc.
The LA S33F (amber) and LY S33F (yellow) are four‑lead, through‑hole, thin‑film InGaAlP LEDs with a focused radiation pattern and high brightness in the beam direction. They are RoHS‑compliant, ESD‑protected up to 2 kV, and intended for traffic‑light, marker and signal applications.
Key parameters include a wavelength of 617 nm (amber) or 587 nm (yellow), a 40° viewing angle, optical efficiencies of 69 lm/W (amber) and 44 lm/W (yellow), and typical forward voltages of 1.90 V (amber) and 2.25 V (yellow). The devices operate from –40 °C to +100 °C and are supplied in tubes of 6 500 LEDs. This manual is written in German.
