The REF-01/REF-02 are precision 10V and 5V bandgap references which provide stable output voltages over a wide range of operating conditions. Output voltage is accurate to ±0.3% with a low 5ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient.
The REF-01/REF-02 family provides precision 10 V (REF-01) and 5 V (REF-02) bandgap references. They feature trimmed output accuracy of +0.3%, low drift (5 ppm/°C typical), low noise (20 µVp‑p for REF-01, 10 µVp‑p for REF-02) and a low supply current of 1.4 mA max, making them suitable for A/D and D/A converters, precision regulators, constant‑current sources, and other high‑accuracy circuits.
Electrical characteristics are given for a 15 V supply at 25 °C. Typical output voltages are 9.97‑10.03 V for REF-01 and 4.985‑5.015 V for REF-02. The devices are offered in TO‑5 metal‑can, J8 narrow‑lead‑frame, and N8 PDIP packages, each with specified lead dimensions and temperature‑range ratings.
