Describe the features, specifications, software, deliverables and support of SBC9302 single board computer.
This manual introduces the SBC9302 single board computer, based on the Cirrus Logic EP9302 ARM9 processor, and outlines safety precautions for handling its ESD‑sensitive components. It serves as a starting point for developers before powering on the board.
Key sections cover hardware specifications, software environment, deliverables, connector and jumper descriptions, GPIO usage, boot modes, and a typical development setup with required cables, power supply, and optional peripherals such as LCD panels and PC/104 modules.
| Processor | EP9302 ARM9 @ up to 200 MHz |
|---|---|
| On‑board Flash | 8 MB (optionally up to 16 MB) |
| On‑board SDRAM | 32 MB (optionally up to 64 MB) |
| UARTs | 2 UARTs with RS232/RS422/RS485/TTL (3.3 V) |
| Ethernet | RJ45 LAN interface |
| USB Host ports | 2 |
| USB Device port | 1 |
| ADC | 5‑channel 12‑bit |
| GPIO pins | Up to 23 (3.3 V TTL) |
| RTC | Battery‑backed real‑time clock |
| SD‑Card interface | Supported |
| JTAG | Standard 20‑pin |
| Power supply | Wall‑type included |
The board supports Serial boot mode, which loads code from the internal boot ROM via UART, and Parallel boot mode, which boots from the parallel flash.
You can program it using Serial boot mode with a serial cable connected to UART1, or via Ethernet using the bootloader; the appropriate jumper setting selects the mode.
The package contains the SBC9302 board, a wall‑type power adaptor, one serial cable, a CD with sample programs, and this user manual.
