This document is the product datasheet of a 3×2.5 Bicolor Surface Mount LED (Inner Lens) SEC2004 Series, which mainly introduces the appearance size, electrical characteristics, optical characteristics and other parameters of the product.
The SEC2004 Series 3×2.5 mm bicolor surface‑mount LED is offered in several color combinations (Yellow/Green, Amber/Orange, etc.) with an inner lens to shape the emitted light. External dimensions are given in millimetres and the device features a typical directivity of 1.4 %.
Electrical ratings include a maximum forward current of 30 mA, reverse voltage rating of 4 V, and operating temperature range from –30 °C to +85 °C (storage up to +100 °C). Optical characteristics such as forward voltage (≈2.0 V), peak wavelength (560‑570 nm) and intensity are listed for each colour variant.
