The ADC78H89 is a low-power, seven-channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a conversion throughput of 500 KSPS.
The ADC78H89 is a low‑power, seven‑channel CMOS 12‑bit A/D converter offering up to 500 KSPS conversion rate. It uses a successive‑approximation register architecture with an internal track‑and‑hold circuit and supports SPI, QSPI, Microwire and DSP‑compatible serial interfaces. The device operates from +2.7 V to +5.25 V analog and digital supplies and can be powered down to reduce consumption to sub‑microwatt levels.
The datasheet provides pin descriptions, absolute maximum and operating ratings, timing diagrams, and detailed electrical characteristics such as resolution, INL/DNL limits, gain error, and power consumption. Ordering information, mechanical dimensions, and compliance notes are also included.
