About this manual

The Modicon TSX Nano PLC series offers compact, cost‑effective controllers for small‑scale automation. Three formats are available: non‑extendable bases with 10, 14, 16, 20 or 24 I/O; extendable bases that can be augmented with I/O or PLC extensions; and separate Nano extensions.

The devices support Uni‑Telway and ASCII links, as well as Modbus RS‑485 communication, with up to 28 devices on a bus. Some models include an integrated real‑time clock and analogue input, and they can be mounted on rails or base plates in vertical or horizontal positions.
