BERNSTEIN SPANNFIX ESD series provides maximum safety against static charge accumulation with a surface resistance between 107 and 108 Ω.
The Spannfix clamp devices from Bernstein are designed with a ball joint that rotates freely in all directions and can be precisely adjusted via a bottom adjustment screw. They are built from powder‑coated aluminum cast with surface‑treated steel parts for long service life and are available in ESD‑protected versions (10⁶–10⁹ Ω resistance) to guard against static discharge.
Technical data include a clamping force of 150 kp, a spanning width of 70 mm, a spanning depth of 88 mm and a jaw width of 50 mm. The devices are suitable for workbenches or lab tables up to 80 mm thick and are offered with interchangeable plastic jaws, a foot with M12×1.5 thread, a screw head, a plate holder, angle adapters, cover plates and a quick‑turn unit for 180° rotation.
