The CUB 5I is an affordable digital current display for DC current measurement. It can be easily programmed using the two front buttons and is designed for harsh industrial environments. The display is available with standard LCD or optional red/green backlit. With its free scaling, maximum/minimum value storage, configurable unit, and optional upgrade to 2 switch outputs and serial interface, the CUB5I offers a great price/performance ratio.
The CUB 5I is a programmable DC current display with a 5‑digit, 12 mm high LCD that can be supplied with a standard or red/green back‑lit background. It offers free scaling, minimum/maximum value storage, configurable units, and optional relay or transistor output cards as well as serial interfaces.
Programming is performed via two front buttons, and the device includes EEPROM data backup, IP65 front‑side protection, and a wide operating temperature range. Optional accessories such as a relay output card, transistor output card, RS232/RS485 interface cards, and a 85‑250 VAC/12 VDC power supply are described. This manual is written in German.

The device accepts a DC input from 0 to 200 mA, selectable via jumper settings for 0 mA, 2 mA, 20 mA, or 200 mA.
It can be powered from a 9‑28 VDC supply (standard LCD up to 40 mA, backlight up to 125 mA) or from 230 VAC via an external power supply.
The front side of the device is rated IP65, making it water‑ and dust‑resistant.
The optional relay output card is rated for a minimum of 100 000 switching cycles.
