About this manual

The 321 Humidity & Temperature Meter is a compact handheld device featuring a large 3‑1/2" digital LCD display with backlight and automatic polarity indication. It uses a precision capacitance sensor for humidity and a thermistor probe plus a type K thermocouple for temperature measurement.

The meter provides a sampling rate of 2.5 samples per second, auto power‑off after about 15 minutes of inactivity, and operates on a standard 9 V battery. It is rated for operating temperatures from 32 °F to 122 °F and humidity up to 80 %RH non‑condensing.
