Semtech offers a line of industrial high‑voltage monolithic ceramic capacitors with a new body design for cost‑efficient, volume manufacturing. The family covers a wide capacitance range from 100 pF to 47 µF and voltage ratings from 1 kV up to 10 kV, using X7R and NPO dielectric materials.
The sheet includes a capability matrix, general specifications such as operating temperature range, dissipation factor, insulation resistance, and dielectric withstanding voltage, as well as detailed chip and encapsulated dimensions. Ordering instructions and part codes are also provided for custom capacitor assemblies.
