Use the emergency drain procedure: unplug the machine, close the water tap, open the drain pump cover, place a container under the emergency drain pipe, remove the pipe plug, and let the water flow out. Repeat until all water is removed, then reinstall the plug and close the pump cover.
Disconnect power and water, drain all water from the machine using the emergency drain pipe, then reinstall the water inlet and drain pipes after the water has been removed. Ensure the ambient temperature stays above 0 °C before using the machine again.
