KBD500 is a high-intelligent online continuous monitoring instrument produced by KOBO. It can be equipped with an electrochemical electrode to automatically realize a wide range of measurement from ppb to ppm level, and is a dedicated instrument for detecting the oxygen content in liquid in the industries of boiler feed water, condensate water, environmental sewage, etc.
The KOBO KBD500 is an online electrochemical analyzer designed for continuous monitoring of dissolved oxygen in water streams such as boiler feedwater, wastewater, and environmental samples. It features a high‑resolution LCD that shows oxygen concentration, current, temperature, time and status simultaneously, and provides functions like historical curves, notebook logging, and watchdog protection.
The manual covers technical specifications, electrode handling, installation options (open‑hole, wall‑mount, pipe‑type, outdoor), operation of the touch‑key interface, calibration procedures, and maintenance guidelines, including electrode storage, membrane cleaning, and electrolyte replacement. This manual is written in Chinese.

The instrument measures dissolved oxygen from 0 to 100 µg/L, automatically switches to 0‑20 mg/L, and operates from 0‑60 °C.
The analyzer records one data point every 5 minutes and retains up to one month of data, even without power for up to 10 years.
It requires a 220 V AC supply with a tolerance of ±10 % at 50 Hz.
Polarization takes about 6 hours after connecting the electrode and powering the instrument.
